Functional Medicine & Transformational Healing
Functional Medicine: We focus on nutrition as a root physical cause of your symptoms. We look for imbalances and dysfunctions that are keeping you from feeling good. Through changes in diet, nutrition and lifestyle, we seek to restore physical balance.
Transformational healing: Much of illness and disease can be traced back to negative mental and emotional patterns. By restoring, harmonizing and balancing our mind, body and spirit or soul, we often experience a transcendental shift when we reconnect with our true nature. When there is a fundamental change in our consciousness, it is has been known to produce a profound healing
within one’s mind, body and spirit.
By casting a larger net of testing, we create a bigger picture to identify imbalances within the body. It's these imbalances that cause disease. We determine which tests are needed to identify the causes of your health concerns. With a wide variety of tests including blood, saliva, hair, stool or urine, we are able to provide objective findings alongside valuable information about your health.
We are constantly surrounded by toxins in our daily lives. The toxins we are exposed to often come from our food, air and water, and can be stored in our tissues and cells for years. Feel Good Clinics offers a targeted detoxification program that helps eliminate harmful, unwanted chemicals from your body. Our program includes a regiment of guided eating and nutritional supplements to help improve health and increase energy, all while eliminating toxins from your body.
Be more confident, gain self-esteem and become more intentional in your everyday life. Our Mindful Life Coaching services will help you restore balance to your busy life.
Utilizing the energetic system of both the practitioner and the patient, this technique can be compared to hands-on healing work. It works to influence our non-physical aspects, which we call energy, by helping them be more balanced and harmonious. Safe and gentle, this system allows the energy of the body to be balanced without machines or needles.

Regenerative Medicine
We assist you in repairing and realigning your body’s cells, tissues and organs by activating the body’s inherent regenerative properties. Each of the methods approach the mind and body in different ways to enhance the healing and to improve function.
High Performance Direct Neurofeedback (HPN): Neuroscientists believe that the brain’s defenses against stressors and trauma create neural gridlock. HPN works around those blockages by addressing the brain in its own electromagnetic language. By sending one’s own signals back to the brain, HPN allows it to ‘reboot’ thus restoring it to its optimal functioning. Unlike traditional neurofeedback in which you have to actively train your brainwaves, HPN requires no effort. A very tiny and almost imperceptible signal that is specific to you gets amplified back to your brain, causing a slight fluctuation in your brainwaves. It allows your brain to get out of frozen or stuck patterns. HPN disrupts the looping patterns of our neural pathways and promotes healthy neuroplasticity.

Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) is a clinically proven treatment that is highly effective in relieving the many symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities. This therapeutic approach was developed from more than 16 years of clinical research. The AAT treatment does not rely on the use of medications, herbal remedies or supplements. The treatment is safe, painless and available to patients of all ages, including infants.
AAT works directly with the relationship between the major organ systems and inappropriate reactions to harmless substances. While the immune system is responsible for initiating an immune reaction in the case of true allergies, it is the health and state of the organ systems that often determines the type of symptoms that may arise. With both sensitivities and allergies, symptoms typically stem from the organ system affected. For example, one patient may react to soybean by getting a rash while another patient may react with sinus congestion, heartburn or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The symptoms in each of these cases represent a different organ system affected. By treating the organ systems involved in a reaction, the body is able to respond more appropriately.
During treatment, gentle pressure is placed on points that correspond with the organ systems involved in a reaction. The degree of stress on the organ systems caused by an allergen or offending agent is proportional to the degree of the negative reaction. When the stimulation is applied a subtle representation of the offending substance is introduced to the surface of the skin. The stimulation reduces the stress on the effected organ system, allowing for a more appropriate response.
All aspects of holistic medicine align in the approach that treats the whole body. They share the understanding that health conditions may develop as a result of interference in proper functioning caused by various forms of stress or other factors. Reducing this stress or interference allows for optimal health.
- AAT does not diagnose allergies, sensitivities or intolerances.
- AAT does not test for allergies or sensitivities. The AAT system simply assesses what may be causing a stress to the body.
- AAT does not cure allergies, nor does the therapy treat the immune system. AAT is a highly effective treatment that provides long-term relief from symptoms associated with allergies or sensitivities.
- AAT does not treat cases of anaphylaxis or life-threatening symptoms. Strict avoidance is always advised in these cases.

Developed by NASA, our Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency Therapy (PEMFT) sends electromagnetic waves through the body that benefit you at the cellular level and help improve the health of your central nervous system. PEMFT improves cellular metabolism by pulsing at a frequency that is most recognized by our cells. This helps to boost your immune system and re-establish cellular function which leads to improved energy and capacity for healing. This treatment method is shown to have positive effects on pain reduction, blood circulation, inflammation, sleep, stress response and more.
PEMFT works cumulatively so regular sessions are recommended.
NanoVi is a device that helps repair everyday cellular damage and boost vitality without the use of drugs or negative side effects. NanoVi produces the same biological signal your body makes to repair cellular damage brought on by free radicals. This unique method helps to initiate our body’s own regeneration and repair mechanisms while reducing damage from oxidative stress. This type of therapy can be useful in strengthening your immune system, increasing your vitality and slowing the aging process.
Our Class 4 laser is a safe and effective device to relieve your pain. It uses coherent light that fills the tissues with photons, energizing damaged cells and increasing circulation in the painful areas which accelerates your body’s natural healing process. During the treatment the laser deeply penetrates your tissue to interact with different molecules and produce photochemical, photothermal and photomechanical effects. A cascade of healing responses is produced in your body which reduces inflammation and diminishes or eliminates your pain. Treatments are brief and the therapeutic effect continues to aid in healing long after your treatment.
Chinese Medicine
Originating in China this healing approach is often referred to as TCM. Practitioners may use herbs, diet, acupuncture, acupressure, tui na, cupping, and moxibustion to prevent or treat health problems.
Chinese medicine is based on balance and opposites -- Yin and Yang being the prime example. They perfectly balance each other, and you can’t have one without the other. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) uses Eight Principles of Diagnosis to describe the basic qualities of disease in four pairs of opposites:
Yin and Yang
Interior and Exterior
Excess and Deficiency
Hot and Cold
Our Practitioners of Chinese Medicine will listen to your complaints, observe your tongue, palpate your pulse and areas of concern, and then determine your pattern based on the eight principles above. Our ultimate goal is to bring your body back into its perfect balance.
Acupuncture is the most well-known modality under Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Our board-certified, licensed acupuncturists begin by placing sterile, very thin, stainless steel needles in particular acupuncture points along 14 major meridians or energy-carrying channels. Acupuncture points are placed on the body based on the Chinese Medical diagnosis and treatment plan discussed during the consultation in your session.
Additionally there are hundreds of acupuncture points, known as Dry Needling or Ashi points throughout the body, all with specific uses. These Ashi points are also known as “that’s it!” or trigger points, and are areas that can be more tender. Using these points with specific insertion techniques, balance can be restored to the body. Acupuncture is completely natural in that it is assisting your own body to heal itself.
A more modern modality is E-Stim or Electro-Stimulation. E-stim is similar to the TENS unit which increases nerve stimulation and helps reduce pain by stimulating the body’s cells and tissues to heal. In our clinic it is used in combination with acupuncture and involves attaching electrodes to the strategically placed needles, emitting a controlled current of electricity to the acupuncture points and throughout the body. While mostly used for difficult pain conditions -both acute and chronic, it can also help a variety of other symptoms. While safe, controlled, and effective E-stim is not recommended for people with pace-makers or a history of seizures.
These ancient herbal medicines are made from an assortment of plants, flowers and minerals which can help balance the body according to the eight principles of Chinese Medicine. They can be helpful for both acute or chronic conditions and are quite safe and effective when prescribed by a licensed acupuncturist or healthcare practitioner. Most of our herbal formulas come in capsule or pill form and you take them by mouth a couple of times a day.
Cupping is a simple yet very effective treatment for a variety of symptoms and conditions. It increases blood and oxygen flow to the area, relaxes tight aching muscles, and even has detoxification properties. We’ve used cupping to help with cold and flu-like symptoms, difficulty sleeping, digestive issues, menstrual cramps, aches and pains, injuries, and more. The traditional method utilizes glass cups and a flame to create negative pressure in the cups, which then creates suction on the skin. Through this, specific acupuncture points can be stimulated along with ashi points and areas of concern.
Moxa, short for moxibustion, uses the herb called mugwort, to help enhance blood flow, balance internal organs, and increase joint mobility. Moxa can be particularly helpful for certain types of arthritis, numbness, and cold conditions. While traditional methods of administering moxa include direct (directly applying to skin) and indirectly (either having a barrier or not touching the skin at all), we only use indirect moxa.
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique and involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement. There are many forms of qigong practiced throughout the world. Some of these forms involve breathing and meditation to promote spirituality and health while others are more vigorous and include martial arts exercises. Tai chi, a widely practiced mind-body exercise, is sometimes referred to as a form of qigong.
The word qigong is made of two parts: “Qi”, though difficult to translate directly, basically refers to vital energy, information, breath or spirit. The second part of the word, “gong”, means cultivation or mastery. So when put together, qigong means the mastery of your energy.
